Marketing Strategies That Produce INCOME
Marketing Orlando - Package Design
Is Your Product Standing Out On The Shelf?
Packages Are Your Product's 1st Impression, We Make It A Good One!
We have all been to the store and seen the rows upon rows of products all lined up nicely catching our eyes. When you are picking out a new cereal, bathroom cleaner, snack food, automotive oil, or anything else, which one do you examine first? The one that sticks out from the rest and looks good.
Whether it is a food product, toy, movie, game, cleaning product, or anything else your product must have good packaging to showcase it's uses, warnings, contents, and logos while still standing out next to your competitors packages.
Nothing can get your product that thick layer of dust faster than an ugly package (well, and an over-priced price tag.) Package design SELLS!
A package MUST be designed specifically for a product though. What works for a box package of paper towels may not work for a pain reliever, what works for a child's toy probably will not work for a bottle of cleaner, what works for a shampoo bottle will probably be a bad idea for a bottle of motor oil, and what works for a video game most likely will not work for a kitchen appliance... you get the picture.
Package design is more than just what your package looks like. Your package MUST fit your product correctly so nothing will break. Package inserts, windows, shape, and size must be take with high regard. The last thing you want to do is lose money on returned products due to breaking by careless delivery or stocking.
My graphic designer has worked on a number of packages that have been hits with focus groups and clients alike. If you need a package designed, we can make one for you.
What makes a good package:
- Design to promote your product

- Color co-ordiantion and images to match your product and make it stand out from competitors
- Descriptive pictures, graphics, and text
- Display windows for boxes
- Labels for packages in boxes or stand alone (spray bottles, jars, bottles, cans, etc.)
- DVD/Blu-Ray and CD cases and sleeves
- Package inserts and booklets
